The mission is to show how precise and lightning fast in comparison with traditional brick house the closed panel system is and not only that, the technology and materials used are of the best quality and provides unexpectingly high level of comfort, harmony and flexibility at the same time and that during the construction process as well as after handing the key to the owner. 30-year guarantee on the construction: This period is derived from assessing the condition of our first houses. Wood is a material with a very long useful life. In our mountains you can see timber houses that are several hundred years old.
Low energy consumption construction system: The houses are characterised by very high thermal insulation properties. All materials used in the walls are excellent insulators and this ensures a constant internal temperature. The house heats up much quicker as you are not heating solid external walls but basically just the internal space.![]()
Greater usable space: To achieve the same thermal insulation properties as our external walls, it would be necessary to use a traditional brick wall that is several times thicker. Therefore with our use of materials you gain up to an extra 15 m2 of floor space for the same area of foundation slab.
Sound insulation: Thanks to the modern multi-layer construction of the ceiling, you don’t have to worry about noise within the house.
Construction speed: The maximum construction period, even for the largest houses, is one month. The construction time is not influenced by cold or frost.
Low price and fixted and guaranteed price: The total price is for a completed house ready to move in. The lowest cost per m2 of floor space. Our houses can be built in a month time with no exaggeration and to be able to achieve this all the "job" including all details i.e. layout, precise positions of the switches, powerpoints, lights is planned and agreed before the house components (panels) are even started to be manufactured in the factory. Every single screw is and must be thoroughly planed in order to start and finish the construction with no interruption thus being able to ensure that no costs are added to the agreed price.
Guaranteed price: The price in the agreement is final; there will be no further increases.
Variability and the ability to adjust the project to your own requirements: The technical documentation is prepared on the basis of your individual requirements. Every house therefore becomes a unique original.

Traditional technology i.e. bricks, blocks provide less space and the walls tend to acumulate all generated heat. In other words the wall consume most of our heat from radiators or fireplaces, which in reality means a great energy loss. The process of warming up a brick house can be a lengthy process due to the acumulation of the heat by all the walls. |
The Factory Made Homes not only provide approx 7% more space but also due to the great thermal resistance of the walls prevent the walls from consuming any of the heat from within the house. In fact it only requires a fraction of energy needed to warm up a brick house to warm up our factory made house and to keep it warm. In reality, this brings generous savings on energy consumption. As an example our houses built in the Czech Republic or Germany where the climate in winter can be very hostile and the temperatures reach up to minus 30°C can still be easily warmed up by a single wood burning fire place... |
