• Roof covered with concrete roof tiles from BRAMAC - in the region of Germany and Czech Repulic and in the UK according to the local requirements or client´s spec, flat roof is usually surface finished with high quality steel sheets RANILLA MONTEREY or again to the requested spec, plastic aerial tile, dormer windows

• External wood components are finished with good quality colours/varnishes (ridge beam, rafters, joists, balcony, the undersides of roof overhangs on the gable and eaves)

• roof gutters are made of Titanium zinc, high quality sustainable materials or if requested can be supplied in Copper or plastic

Windows + doors

the interior

• windows and patio doors are glazed with insulating double-glazing and are made from high quality 5-chamber plastic profiles as standard white in and out and also with a different finish on one side or both sides, U ≤ 1,1 W/(m2 K)
• roof windows VELUX GGL, U ≤ 1,2 W/(m2 K), the upper floor bathrooms are fitted with VELUX GGU, U ≤ 1,2 W/(m2 K)
• nternal laminated doors from KASARD with a laminated doorframe and rubber sound insulation without doorsills
• door handles and striking plates made from surface oxidized light metal
• entrance doors are full plastic from KARDE made from high-quality 5-chamber plastic profiles in white with 3 hinges and three-point locking
• garage door is made from thermally insulated aluminium sections, the door is electrically operated with backup manual option
• galvanized steel railing for the French windows in the upper floor

• staircase between the ground floor and the upper floor is made from beech
• folding staircase LUSSO leads up to the loft space
• carpets are laid on the living areas and landing on the upper floor, tiles are laid in the rest of the rooms
• bathrooms and toilets are tiled up to the door height
• electric wiring starts from the house fuse box without the supply of the house fuse box, white plugs and switches are fitted as standard, light in the loft
• ow-voltage wiring includes door bell, preparation for the wiring for 1 telephone (without sockets and cabling), 2 sockets for cable TV connection incl. cabling within the house (for bungalows 1 TV cable with socket)
• sanitary fixtures: hand basins made from sanitary ceramics in white with a chrome lever mixing tap, enamelled steel fitted bath with a chrome lever tap for filling the bath, with hand-held shower head, fixed WC from sanitary ceramics, seat and lid from plastic

• painted white radiators, the heating pipes are from copper, regulation possible with thermostatic regulators
• painting: walls and ceilings have structured wallpaper painted white
