Starting with health and safety, the construction proces being absolutely effective in terms of time, material handling, material usage, waste management provides a lot safer working environment onsite than the traditionally used wet systems (i.e. brick, block) continuing through to the assebly of the factory made panels and installing the best energy conserving technologies such as heat pumps, heat recovery  ventilation systems, photovolitaic roof sollar collectors or the combination of such technologies can bring to the property owner benefits in the form of green bonuses of course depending on the actual produced energy by the property that can be sold back to the grid.
