The technology we are promoting belongs among the MMC and reduces the amount of time spent onsite and as a result greatly helps in reducing CO2 emissions hence our sounding additional name ... "Ecoline solutions". 

We are a European Company based in the Czech Republic with great proven experience in closed panel prefabricated production and assembly. In the passed many years our houses have been supplied to many clients throughout the eastern and western Europe. Main markets among the all we have supplied houses to are Germany, Austria and of course the Czech and Slovak republics.

The environmental building technology we introduce, services and working principles already meet the criteria for Modern Methods of Construction.

MMC is the fastest growing sector of the construction industry in the UK. Current sustainable building legislation can only expand it further.

Who can benefit from using our ECO and High Performance technology?

Small or bigger scale developers, housing associations, private landlords with the potential to build new-build blocks of apartments, private companies providing complete services for the Elderly in retirement homes and villages and serviced apartments, architects, government bodies responsible for development of new hospitals, nurseries or even schools, any commercial company ready to have their own offices built, or even construction companies who would like to work with us - our production capacity designated to the UK market can is currently set to 200 houses per year but can be adjusted to up to 8 houses a week = approx 400 houses in a year. We are happy to work with professionals who would like to contribute to the new trend in construction and endorse it with their experiance and clientele within the UK market.
