Our manufacture is the firs one in the Czech Republic to hold the ETA certificate. It also holds a number of certificates from which the most recognized ones are the ISO 9001 and the Energy Certificate which places the houses produced by us into the category of LOW ENERGY houses.  The Company has been established in 2002 in Prague, the Czech Republic as a commercial daugter to one of the local major manufacturers of prefabricated houses. The main aim of EXTRADE CZ s.r.o. was to expand and reach other markets outside the Czech Republic.After the first succesfull atempts to infiltrate foreign markets we have realized that it is a great oportunity to work not only for one manufacturer and made contacts with several other manufacturers of timber houses, passive houses and other MMC technologies. It took us some efforts to filter out the best of the best and nowadays we only work with the best manufacturer in the Czech Republic taking into an account all, history and development of the manufacturer, technology, quality of the construction as well as the cost and effectiveness in terms of time. We are main and the only exlusive partner for the UK and act based on full authorization of the manufacturer. We supply homes to other countries of the EU as well as outside the EU. Our homes have found their owners in Austria, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Ukraine and Russia and more, including Czech and Slovak republics. Our Executives have been surveying the UK market for the last 3 years and we strongly beleive that we are able to bring totaly new product in terms of quality and functionality and the most effective and revolution way of construction onto the UK market at very competitive costs. Our aim is not only to build houses and apartment blocks but to bring enlightment among todays developers as well as private investors as far as the environmental protection and better and more environment and eco conscious approach goes, hence the other technologies and systems we tend to combine with our houses. EXTRADE CZ s.r.o. has one 100% shareholder and director in one person and two more executive directors. We act and tend to work only with genuine interests and intentions to fullfil our clients needs and requirements to the best of out knowledge.
